Ocupacional &#8211; PCMSO nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, com o objetivo de proteger e preservar a sa\u00fade de seus empregados em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos riscos ocupacionais, conforme avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos do Programa de Gerenciamento de Risco &#8211; PGR da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong>7.2 CAMPO DE APLICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">7.2.1 Esta Norma se aplica \u00e0s organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta e indireta, bem como aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os dos poderes legislativo e judici\u00e1rio e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, que possuam empregados regidos pela Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho &#8211;
